Ondanks het Corona virus hebben wij de reguliere huisartsenzorg weer hervat.

Het Corona virus wordt vooral door hoesten, maar ook via de handen overgedragen. Om die reden hebben wij in de praktijk een aantal zaken aangepast. Hieronder leest u welke.

Als praktijk krijgen wij veel vragen over het niet kunnen verkrijgen van een vaccinatiebewijs.

Met grote regelmaat krijgen wij te horen dat de GGD naar de huisarts verwijst voor verdere afhandeling.

Graag zouden we hier kort op in gaan. 

Wij kunnen u mogelijk helpen als:

• De registratie van uw vaccinatie die door ons is gegeven, niet goed is doorgekomen (op mijn.rivm.nl of in de CoronaCheck App).
• U een papieren bewijs wilt van uw vaccinaties door ons uitgevoerd (Dit kaartje heeft u bij het vaccineren van ons meegekregen).
• U door de huisarts bent getest op Corona en deze uitslag nodig heeft voor de CoronaCheck App.

• Bel ons als u last heeft van hoesten, keelpijn, benauwdheid en koorts,
• Desinfecteer bij binnenkomst uw handen met alcohol gel. Wij schudden geen handen.
• Onze wachtkamers zijn aangepast conform de 1,5 meter samenleving. Wij hebben een derde wachtkamer in de hal gecreëerd om het aantal bezoekers zoveel mogelijk te spreiden.
• Is de 1e wachtkamer vol? Neem dan plaats in de wachtkamer bij de trap,
• Heeft u zich laten testen op Corona? Geef ons dan de uitslag door!

Meldt dit aan de assistente! Wij bieden u, afhankelijk van uw klachten, een aantal mogelijkheden:

1. U blijft thuis, volgens de RIVM richtlijnen.
2. Wij adviseren u via de GGD een afspraak te maken voor een test. Tel. 0800-1202
3. Wij maken een afspraak ’s middags op een speciaal spreekuur.
   Hiervoor wacht u aan de achterzijde van onze praktijk.
   U houdt dan uw telefoon bij de hand! Wij bellen u als u aan de beurt bent.
   De huisarts is volledig beschermd gekleed.
4. Wij kunnen u – indien nodig! – thuis bezoeken in beschermende kleding.

Bent u positief getest, meldt dit alstublieft bij ons.
Van Corona is bekend dat het beloop snel kan gaan. Dat wil zeggen: het ene moment heeft u lichte klachten en het andere moment bent u zeer benauwd. Om deze reden willen wij graag door u op de hoogte gehouden worden.
